1978
Logic Control, the first numeric control wood drilling machine, launched onto the market.
1983
Rover, the first numeric control wood processing centre, launched onto the market.
1987
Intermac founded to design, manufacture and distribute glass and stone processing machines.
1989
Start of international expansion: opening of the first branch abroad (USA).
1991
Mechatronics business unit established to design, manufacture and distribute electromechanical components.
1994
Biesse Systems founded to design and manufacture integrated production lines and systems.
2001
Listing on the Italian Stock Exchange - STAR segment.
2006
Acquisition of Bre.Ma, a company manufacturing NC vertical boring-inserting machines for the woodworking sector.
2007
Acquisition of AGM Inc. in the USA and foundation of Intermac America.
2008
Creation of the Bangalore branch, in India, the first foreign manufacturing site.
2009
The international expansion continues with the opening of branches in Switzerland and Dubai.
2011
Viet, historic brand in the smoothing segment, becomes part of the Group.

Acquisition of Centre Gain Ltd Hong Kong/Korex Machinery Dongguan in China.

Launch of bSolid and the bSuite package, software programs that set new standards in the relevant sectors.
