A year of training before the big jump: Enrico Tinti, Group Hr Director, illustrates the Future Lab career project at Il Sole 24 Ore
Thanks to the Future Lab project, some newly-hired young people have the opportunity to work across borders, after a training period of 12 months.
The Future Lab, an ambitious new project that aims to shape new hires into the directors of tomorrow, is an initiative dedicated to the development of people's skills at 360°, which involves personal attitudes and aspirations. The project concerns sixty newly graduated that are inserted each year within a 12-month training course. In fact, with over 90% of production destined for international markets, "success abroad is not marginal at all".
At the end of the training period, the opportunity to pursue a growth path abroad is offered to 50% of the people: "for us it is a significant investment - explains Enrico Tinti, Group HR Director, to the national newspaper - such as a master".
