The Contamination Lab of the Università Politecnica delle Marche visits Biesse

The collaborative training project between Biesse and the UNIVPM continues with thirty students of agriculture, economics, engineering, science and medicine visiting the headquarters in Pesaro.

The Contamination Lab project stems from a 2013 initiative sponsored by the MIUR and aims to promote culture through interaction between students from various disciplines and between the academic and socio-economic worlds. By engaging various national and international companies, institutions and other entities, the students are able to participate in dynamic training that includes the proposal and development of entrepreneurial ideas, seminars, and workshops to hone soft skills and problem solving strategies and obtain results.

The welcome given by Fabio La Cava, HR Group Director, was followed by a presentation focusing on products and the market given by Paolo Tarchioni, Assistant to the CEO. The training day at company headquarters in Pesaro continued with a visit to the showroom, the studio of the princes of Kaizen and Lean Production, before closing with the presentation of the Manufacturing Lab and Kaizen Academy, delivered by Enrico Tinti, Training and Development Director.
