The One Company Project will allow us to think as a multinational. We are redefining the Group by adopting a transversal approach that will make the implementation of technological development projects easier.
“Our storage is full, we have reached our goal of order entrance for a good part of 2022. We never had such a long backlog. It feels like we are back to the ‘60s, as if we are working the other way round, but we take this risk to satisfy our customers demand. Customers that are afraid of raw materials’ scarcity and a subsequent price increase, which is already there in the market”. Roberto Selci, 62 years, he is Biesse entrepreneur, a company that has his roots in Pesaro in the field of advanced mechanic and that produces wood processing technologies. It is not by chance that its Headquarters are in the same district of Scavolini, Berloni and Febal. But it’s not only about wood.
The multinational company, listed in the stock exchange since 2001, produces also machinery to process glass, stone, metal, and composite materials like carbon fiber and aluminum for the automotive and aerospace industries. The Group has customers such of Ikea, but also Knoll-Herman Miller and Rimadesio, and an estimated 700 turnover at the end of December, of which 85% abroad, with the goal of becoming a One billion company within a few years.
